Black Rock Utilities (BRU) is a non-profit owned by the Black Rock Home Owners Association and managed by industry professionals that have been serving the Inland Northwest for 30 years.
BRU manages all shared potable, irrigation, and wastewater infrastructure to ensure homeowners have quality water, dependable irrigation, and proper wastewater disposal.

Black Rock
Nestled amidst the scenic landscape of the Inland Northwest, Black Rock offers a premier living experience highlighted by its renowned Golf Club.
